MOTORWAY CONNECTION CONNECTING THE PORT OF ORAN TO THE EASTWEST HIGHWAY OVER 26 KM

The current project of the motorway link connecting the port of Oran to the first ring road on 81m takes its departure to the extension of the port of Oran, which aims to predict the access of the traffic already dense, which has grown considerably since 2001.

The project itself is characterized by five major structures

A dyke of 1600ml

A trench covered with 1300ml

A mixed profile with 1600ml exchangers

A viaduct 1280m1

A tunnel with two tubes of 1590ml

This 2×3 lane motorway originates at Oran port at PK 0 + 600 (see Figure 1-1). The North Protection Structure starts at PK 1 + 000 and continues to the entrance of the Covered Trench at PK 2 + 370. Covered Trench, with a length of 1300 m, climbs with a slope of 3% up to PK 3 + 340. From PK 3 + 340, the profile goes down with a slope of -1.5%.

From the exchanger at PK 3 + 620, the cross section becomes 2 x 5 lanes. The second interchange starts near PK 4 + 700 and includes 2 Infreef Passages. A lower passage separates Branch 3 and Highway, the other underpass is between branches 3 and 4.
